FOUR YEARS FREE

The Four Years Free program covers standard tuition and mandatory fees for eligible Oregon freshmen with a 3.4 cumulative GPA or higher. Students are automatically considered when they apply to PSU and submit the FAFSA.

TRANSFERS FINISH FREE

The Transfers Finish Free program covers standard tuition and mandatory fees for eligible Oregon transfers with a 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher. Students are automatically considered when they apply to PSU and submit the FAFSA.

UNIVERSITY HONORS COLLEGE

Students can join a small, dedicated community of highly motivated students and engaged professors in the University Honors College. Together, they will explore an academically intense curriculum through the lens of the culturally rich, ever-evolving city of Portland.

UNIVERSITY STUDIES

University Studies provides students with integrated, connected learning experiences that lay the foundation for lifelong intellectual development. Extending through all four years, the program teaches students how to think critically, communicate effectively, and gain a broad awareness of the human experience to instill a deep sense of responsibility to themselves, their peers and the community.
